A/B Testing also know as split testing, helps you to measures the engagement for different versions of the same Email when it is sent to a small set of subscribers in your selected lists. It helps you to optimize your Email campaigns for a specific metric like Email subject lines, Email content, sender id, and the Email send time-based on the open & the click-through rates.

Based on your requirements, you can conduct A/B Test on:
– Subject Line

By Clicks: Select if you are testing the Email content. For eg., You want to test the Email layout/ design. Your winning Email version will be sent automatically to the remaining subscribers in your selected list/lists.
Manual: When you want to select the winner automatically, based on the Email analytics or reports, select the winning criteria as Manual.
1. Be clear about your motive behind A/B Testing. This depends on whether you want to increase the open rates or click-throughs rates.
2. Focus on the elements that will yield better and more vital results.
3. Make one change in your Email at a time, so that you will be able to know what worked for you and what did not. For eg. Change either the CTA placement or the CTA color. Don’t make multiple changes simultaneously.
