Juvlon is an Email and SMS service offered through our website that allows you to create, send, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to individual recipients. 1. Eligibility: In order to use Juvlon, you must:
   1. be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts;
   2. complete the registration process;
   3. agree to the Terms; and
   4. provide true, complete, and up to date contact information.

2. Term: The Term begins when you sign up for Juvlon and continues as long as you use the Service. Clicking on the button and entering your user name implies that you’ve officially “signed” the Terms. If you sign up for Juvlon on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
   
   
3. Rules and Abuse: We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are either: Using Cryptocurrency, that violates government norms, adult content, data selling, affiliate marketing, spamming content, threaten to sole/company, promote discrimination against others based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious affiliation. Phishing email activity from Juvlon is strictly barred.
   
   
4. Account Closure/Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused credits or unused time period in your account, except for specific conditions mentioned in the following text. You or Juvlon may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by giving Notice to the other party. We may suspend our Service to you at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we’ll refund a prorated portion of your monthly prepayment or reimburse you for the unused email credits. We won’t refund or reimburse you if there’s the cause, like a violation of the of Anti Spam terms by uploading or mailing on an unsolicited list(Non-Opt-in) that cause listings of IPs, domains and other infrastructure damaged by the user or disregarding mutually agreed payment and commercial understanding. If it is a re-seller or associate account, and due to some reason the re-seller or associate is eligible for a refund, 30% of the total cost would be deducted from the gross amount paid by a re-seller or associate as the account setup process cost. If the client has uploaded an unsolicited database in Juvlon, the client won’t be eligible for a refund. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it, including your emails from our Website.
   
   
5. Changes: We may change any of the Terms by posting revised Terms of Use on our Website and/or by sending an email to the last email address you gave us. The revision of rates of email and SMS is subject to variation in external factors like inflation, internet services, service operators, or government regulations. Juvlon user has to comply with those rate revision. Your continuing with the use of Service constitutes the acceptance of Terms.ntity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
   
   
6. Account and Password: You’re responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You’ll immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.

   3. You will only use consent-based lists. A consent-based list is defined as a list in which each entity on the list has granted explicit permission to receive emails.
   4. The emails sent out using Juvlon will carry a link to “unsubscribe/manage the preferences” for the recipient’s use. If you violate any of these rules, then we may suspend or terminate your account.
      
      
10. Assignments: You may not assign any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. We may assign our rights to any other individual or entity at our discretion.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, (all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference), and any Additional Terms you’ve agreed to make up the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
