Transactional emails are messages that are reactive and are triggered due to a certain activity of a customer. For instance, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, booking a hotel room or a travel package, or even requesting a new password; all these are actions that the customer performs to get a response from you in the form of emails . These are auto-generated emails and don’t have the option of opting out nor requires any human intervention.

The open rate of transactional emails is generally higher than the promotional emails. Here are some common examples of transactional emails:

• Welcome Email / Account opening
• Shipment tracking and order status
• Order shipment confirmation
• Account termination
• Payment confirmation
• Invoice
• Generating OTP

Here’s how you can set up transactional emails in Juvlon-

1. Go to “Campaigns”. Click on “+” sign. Create your campaign. Then select “Create Email”.

2. Now, enter the subject line and select your sender.

3. Click on “Show Options” on the right side. A dropdown will open. Select the “Transactional Email” option.

4. A pop-up for confirmation will be displayed. Select “Yes” 

5. Upload HTML or create your own design using our drag and drop editor and click “Save”. You will now be redirected to the preview screen.

6. All transactional emails need to be approved from our team. To send your mailer for approval, click on the “Send For Approval” button on the right side of the preview screen.

6. Once you send the mailer for approval, it will be checked by our team. If the content, images  and links are valid then your email will be approved.

 If it is disapproved, then you will have to make the necessary changes and send it for the approval again.

7. Once it is approved, your mailer will be converted into a transactional email and the footer to unsubscribe will be removed. 

8. You can only test send your transactional email until it is approved by our team. Once approved, you can start sending emails to your customers.
